Food & Wine Pairing: Pork

Tired of the same ol’ chicken, beef or fish option at weddings?? Why not have pork? There are unlimited ways to dress it up, like a herb roasted pork loin with a wine sauce paired with a fruity Sauvignon Blanc or a Pinot Noir.  For a more casual wedding or rehearsal dinner you can dress it down with basic barbecue paired with a Zinfandel.
