Wedding Wednesday: Lisa Marie & Pat

By Adam

They wanted Elvis Presley songs like Blue Hawaii, Polynesian dancers, pineapple centerpieces and Tiki Mod touches everywhere!! Their first dance song was “Can’t help falling in love” by Elvis Presley. They had $4,000 in Phalenopsis orchids and large palms arranged around the room to create a tiki/tropical vibe! They went the extra mile and rented beautiful Luxe linen in Flamingo with tropical styled runners that her sister the MOH made for her. They added in a personal record collection for everyone to sign that included all of her favorite artist like Little Richard and Baby Face. They had custom stationery with tiki heads (and a matching dance floor Gobo light), bamboo and top shelf paper products for the place cards and menus in cute pineapple holders. The bride wanted her bouquet to be obnoxious and vibrant with Phalenopsis orchids, red ginger, Juliette Garden roses,Peonies and Song of India along with giant palms…it was like cradling a baby! Her grandfathers locket hung from the stems of her bouquet and the most meaningful moment to her was her photos and special dance with her daughters…loves of her life. The pin up hair and makeup polished her look and her handsome sidekick of a groom certainly helped with the finishing touches. They had a little Puerto Rican dancing with Salsa to solidify the night!
