Pink Wedding Dress
1.5 ounces Tito’s Vodka
½ ounce Bacardi White Rum
1 ounce grapefruit cardamom simple syrup
2 ounces grapefruit juice

Directions
Combine the Tito’s vodka, Bacardi rum, grapefruit simple syrup, and grapefruit juice in a martini shaker filled with ice. Shake a few times to mix, then strain into a martini glass.

Grapefruit Cardamom Simple Syrup
Combine a peeled grapefruit, a pinch of cardamom seeds (taken from the shell), a cup of sugar, and a cup of water in a small saucepan. Bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 15 – 20 minutes. Remove from the heat and strain into a sealable container. Allow the mixture to cool before using in your cocktail recipe. After use, refrigerate for up to ten days.
