I thought this was very interesting and different for some brides. Given, your personal style and feel for your weddings; it would be fun to have all the bridesmaids wearing a unifying accessory rather than dress. I would put all the bridesmaids in the peacock colors: blue, teal and black. This would be cool because your girls can choose the color they want and then everyone has the same cool hairpiece…just an idea!
