Ingredients:
1 Egg
2 oz Woodford Reserve bourbon
1/4 – 1/2 oz (depends how creamy you like it) Amarula
.75 oz simple syrup
Shake no ice, shake again with light ice for 1 – 2 minutes
2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: Sprinkle Nutmeg on top.

This cocktail’s base spirit is an espresso vodka that created by infusing espresso beans with a few secret ingredients to bring out the complexity of the espresso beans in the vodka. Californians love coffee and sunshine – this cocktail is both in a glass.

2 oz Bartenders On Demand Infused Espresso Vodka
2 oz Amarula
1/2 oz Dark Creme De Cocao

Here’s little something refreshing for your Labor Day BBQ that you can enjoy and still be able to fit into your wedding dress!

1 c. strawberries, sliced

DIRECTIONS
Make simple syrup by bringing ¼ c. water to a boil, removing from heat, and stirring in your choice of artificial sweetener. Set aside to cool. In a medium pitcher, combine champagne, rum, sparkling water, and simple syrup. Add fresh fruit and stir! Refrigerate until ready to serve—garnish with mint.
National Rosé Day was Saturday, and who doesn’t love sipping on “summer water”?!? Our friends at BevMo! have an easy Frosé recipe for you, and with a drink this delicious, you’ll want to keep this recipe handy for all your summer entertaining.

Ingredients
- Dry Rosé
- 10oz Fresh Strawberries (about 2 cups, sliced)
- Ice
Directions
- Blend together strawberries, rose and ice until smooth. Pour into glass and garnish with strawberry, if desired.

Hot Buttered Rum

Ingredients
- 2oz Myer’s Dark Rum
- 2tsp Trader Vic’s Hot Buttered Rum Batter
- 4oz Hot Water
Simple Steps
- Pour rum into an Irish coffee glass or mug.
- Add two teaspoons of the hot buttered rum batter.
- Fill with hot water (not boiling) and stir well.
Healing Hot Toddy

Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz whiskey
- 1 oz honey
- 2-3 oz lemon juice
- 3 oz hot water
Directions
- Combine ingredients in your favorite mug.
- Combine whiskey, honey, lemon juice and hot water, then stir.
It’s official fall, even though it’s still sunny and in the 70’s in San Diego….

Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 5 oz Ginger Beer
- 1 tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Syrup
- Pumpkin pie spice-sugar for rim ( 1⁄2 sugar/ 1⁄2 pumpkin pie spice)
Simple Steps
- In a small bowl, combine sugar and pumpkin pie spice to create mixture for rim of mug.
- Dip copper mug in water and immediately dip mug into pumpkin pie spice-sugar mixture.
- Combine vodka, ginger beer and pumpkin pie syrup in a glass and stir well to combine.
- Fill mug with ice and pour mixture into the prepared glass.
