An afternoon of couture and cultivated romance unfolded as San Diego Style Weddings partnered with The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa for an inspired wedding fashion experience. With creative planning from Nicole Shadoan of The Wedding Agency San Diego, the ballroom transformed into a dramatic dreamscape — swathed in rich burgundy draping and anchored by a grass runway overflowing with lush live plants, vibrant sculpted paper florals, and the soft flicker of candlelight.

Produced by Kristi Brooks Pennington, the show featured couture gowns from Blushing Bride, Archive Bridal, Posh Brides, Full Moon Bridal, and Brides for a Cause, paired seamlessly with refined tuxedos from Friar Tux. A graceful ballet performance and elegant strings by Violena Music heightened the romance.

Following the finale, guests lingered over cocktails, decadent desserts, and mingle — capturing the magic at a magazine-style photo booth that perfectly closed an afternoon of elevated wedding inspiration.
