These mini desserts highlight Italy’s love for Tiramisu.  Batter Up Bakery created tiramisu in a dessert shooter  cup. Luscious layers of almond cake and and custard covered cocoa powder makes this tiny dessert a huge hit.  They also prepared their signature mini cannolis and fresh fruit tarts.  Their fruit tart shells are always painted with dark hardened chocolate to give you that extra boost of flavor and richness.
