You will be making a bark with over two dozen ingredients to choose from, including a variety of nuts, freeze dried fruits, candied orange peel, ginger and lemon peel. Plus pretzels, potato chips, cookies, sea salt and more…

You will also be making a tray of molded chocolates ready to be filled with peanut butter filling, various ganaches and a variety of caramels including everyone’s favorite, salted caramel!

You will also be dipping fresh strawberries!
