We can and have catered it all! Between our executive chef and culinary team we have collectively over 50 years of food and beverage experience. We are known for brining any vision to life; however, we are mostly known for comfort food with a gourmet twist. We love to use fresh, seasonal ingredients.
What got you interested in the catering industry and what is the most rewarding part of your job?
We love food and events! Food is truly our passion and we wouldn’t have it any other way. Matthew, our founder, loved food from a young age and always knew he wanted to make a mark in the food industry. After being introduced to offsite catering and events, he was hooked. The challenges of working at various venues for each event and creating new custom menus are exciting! No two events are ever the same! We love to bring people’s vision and palates to life.
What’s special about catering for weddings? What is your favorite part about catering for weddings?
Weddings are a time of love and joy… Who wouldn’t want to be a part of that? We love to get to know and build lasting relationships with our couples. This allows us love to create exciting menus that represent the overall feel of the wedding.
How would you describe the Feast on This experience?
The Feast experience is truly a custom endeavor. We work closely with the couple to ensure no two events are the same. From menu creation to execution, we like to let the couple’s tastes and palates be in the spotlight. Most of our events are a true collaboration between the Feast Team and executive chef and our clients.
