What spaces are
available for ceremonies/ receptions? How many people can you accommodate?
Among our most requested spaces for intimate receptions and
ceremonies are the aptly named Crystal Ballroom, the Chairmans Court, the
Chaffee Court or the Palm Court. For
larger celebrations, the Celestial Ballroom and Presidential Ballroom rival
Hollywood’s grandest sets. Illuminated by nine crystal chandeliers lining the
twin barrel vaulted ceiling, the beaux arts design of the Presidential Ballroom
is worthy of a royal affair.
Meanwhile, with a storied legacy as a Speakeasy and “Little Club”
welcoming the jazz bands of the 1940’s, the Celestial Ballroom’s historic wood
stage, metallic blue hand painted arches and hand blown Italian chandeliers
accent the room with timeless elegance.
For many brides, it is love at first sight for the Crystal
Ballroom, where you are ensconced in beauty – from the black and gold
travertine floors below to the hand-painted ceiling adorned with crystal
chandeliers above. Every inch of
the ballroom is stylized in timeless elegance with an abundance of ornate
details to make brides swoon.

Executive Chef Mark Kropczynski, THE US GRANT culinary program follows the
philosophy that “only the best will do,” and in doing so, sources the freshest
ingredients, prime meats and sea food available. For banquets and events,
Chef Kropczynski takes pride on creating diverse menus that celebrate a flair
for contemporary preparations and artistic presentations. Enhancements to your wedding package
can include custom mixology packages by Jeff Josenhans, with exclusive “his and
hers” cocktails created to the tastes the bride and groom, or even cocktails to
match your wedding color.
